Ordered through the Range, took my money, cancelled my order as apparently out of stock, why was it available to pay for!!!!!!! No communication, didn't even offer the set in a different colour which is apparently in stock but don't believe it is just because it says it is! If you want to part with your cash and then have to fight to get it back go ahead and buy but I wish I had checked trust pilot first. A major purchase for me, certainly has taught me a lesson.
Im now fighting for a refund. Its not £60 your messing with its £600. Absolutely Fuming.

We ordered through Amazon, but product was damaged probably when being delivered. We contacted Home Discount who replied promptly asking for photos and the next day they replied saying they had sent a full refund to our bank account.
Very impressed with this customer service.

Items are of poor unsatisfactory condition possible seconds, build quality poor, ordered 3 items from them only two have ever turned up... DHL was to deliver 3rd item which they delivered to wrong address. DHL sent me email confirming delivery and a picture of it at someone door not my door! Went and checked with house it was delivered to and they say they never had delivery... showed them picture of it at their door but they say it was never their? So I'm out of pocket to one hundred pounds.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are terrible for returns, I bought the item through Debenhams and have had nothing but poor service from purchase to now. They make it so difficult to return and therefore hold your money. I've still got the original boxed items in my hallway since delivery and it's been 3 weeks, 3 separate scheduled "collections" where you have to stay in for the driver who then never shows. I thought buying through Debenhams it would make the process easier but they aren't interested and just forward you on to the seller

Bought a console cabinet for £89.99 was reduced in the sale from over £200 which I assumed meant it was good quality I should have known better . Managed to assemble it but can’t get the doors to fit after hours of trying . The unit is very poor quality in my opinion and not worth 89.99 let alone over 200 looks decent in the photos but very cheap . I bought it through Debenhams on line supplied by this firm don’t understand how this works

I was kept informed of delivery progress and delivery was exactly on schedule. Excellent product in design and quality and value for money. 5*****

Awful experience, ordered a bed through B&Q as a verified seller, was expecting delivery and a driver turned up with no items in the van, was rescheduled and then no one turned up at all, contacted both seller & delivery company and no one can give me answers, apparently 1 of 3 items is missing in transit - still without item and cant get hold of anyone to find out what is going on.

Great product for price we paid, super fast delivery made this a 100% excellent buying experience..

Although they hadn't even processed my order, refused to change the delivery address and said all they could do was cancel it and refund me which may take 30 days. The credit card and my account address aren't registered to the delivery address so I will also report them to my bank.

Our item of furniture arrived in tact & at the time stated. Also following mix up with delivery address for a previous order I was impressed by your customer service & how quickly it is as dealt with. Thank you.
