Do not buy from this company ..

Do not buy from this company ..
I ordered some bedroom furniture via debenhams website .
It was to supposed to arrive on wednesday ...never came....i had to buy new furniture .....no one knew where it was .
I was advised if it turned up to refuse delivery which it did 5 days later .
The company still haven't processed refund and are charging me 14.99 for some delivery insurance which I never took out and keeping the 4.99 delivery charge ...
This company are terrible and debenhams should be ashamed of allowing this

Delivery man has stolen my item

Delivery man has stolen my item, taken a photo of my front door and another photo of my furniture in someone else’s garden. Communication is just repetitive via bots. No number to speak to a human. Would never order from here or the range ever again

Ce sont de vrais bandits.

Ce sont des vendeurs malhonnêtes. Je vous déconseille fortement de commander chez eux. Après avoir payé et débité mon compte, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Ils ne m'ont envoyé aucun message ni e-mail concernant ma commande. J'ai essayé de les contacter à plusieurs reprises, mais ils ont toujours refusé de répondre. J'ai perdu mon argent et mon produit. Je vous en prie, ne commandez rien chez eux.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. DO NOT USE. Ordered via Debenhams, a complete bedroom furniture set. Proceeded to attempt building the first piece which may as well been made of wet cardboard. Absolutely faulty not fit for purpose to complain and be told I was not able to get a refund due to one piece of four being built. Back and fourth emails that then completely stopped. Contacted Debenhams that said I have to contact this company. Tried phoning was told could get refund and return then it was never arranged. I have now managed to get the item collected and refund confirmed via phone but still no info via email of confirmation or any sign of a refund.

Terrible customer service

Whilst there were no real issues with the product itself (apart from a gash on the underside of the table which can't readily be seen), delivery and related communication, or lack of it was diabolically bad.

Bought through Tesco on 21 Jun - at point of purchase, was given a tracking link... delivery 23-26 Jun, four days. Not unreasonably, I expected an update on this to give a better estimated delivery date once the item was shipped. Throughout this, there the tracking information was next to useless. That never came. I contacted Home Discount at 08:47 on 25 Jun asking when he item would be delivered - the answer, it was in the courier network. Essentially, it was in transit somewhere and they had no idea where. They also commented that usually the courier calls in the morning to advise delivery time slot. I requested they contact the courier and find out when it was likely to be delivered (I only wanted to know what day they were likely to deliver) and to call me back by midday with an update - rather predictably I did not receive a call back. Then, this morning (26 Jun) I received a call from the courier asking where to leave the box - I was at my house. On the package, the delivery sticker said 'Three Day' with a dispatch date of 21 Jun - does that mean it should have reached me by 24 Jun?

So, the long and the short of it is, I needed to wait in for 4 days. For a delivery within the UK, most courier companies are able to give a reasonable estimate of day of delivery - the routes and road networks around the country are pretty well known. But what really compounded everything was a complete lack of communication. No notification of dispatch, no updated estimate, no return call and no warning from the courier of expected time of arrival. You need to better communicate with your customers and you need to get a better grip on the couriers you use in terms of their service and communication.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them. Item was damaged in transport and never arrived and trying to contact them was a nightmare. They don’t update tracking on website to get away with saying it was never shipped out.

There was some confusion about how and when I was getting my order, but eventually it did arrive only by two couriers on different dates. And the email notifications were confusing.
You had my contact number so a call would have been much easier.

Poor

If i could rate this company lower i would. Worst experience ive ever had. Brought a bed from them. It arrived broken, without instructions or fixtures to build it. I asked for it to be returned and for a refund and they sent me a replacement part i did not want. Ive since had two failed collections of this broken bed that I brought several weeks ago. Ive had to wait in for 12 hours each time. Despite the 'efforts' made by the company to ensure collection theyve failed again. With limited communication and understanding of how poor this situation is for me as the customer. Theyve lied and told me there was not another company to use for the collection and now suddenly there is a more reliable service to use. It feels that they would rather i manage their waste disposal than them. When I said I didn't want the replacement part I was told to dispose of it. This is shocking, so much waste. Poor customer service and beyond poor quality. Please avoid at all costs!

I am so sorry to hear of the issues with the order you placed with us. I will certainly be looking into everything further; this is not the service that we should be providing. We have also had some training issues highlighted; retraining will be done as quickly as possible.
We have several couriers that we can use for deliveries and collections, I am sorry but unfortunately the courier that we first used for the collections let you down. Because of this we have used a different courier for the next collection, this collection is due to be made on the 17th June for the 2 original boxes and for the replacement part that was sent in error. I can see that a full refund has already been made of the purchase price.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Radiator Cover

Well, delivery was amazing item delivered in less than 24 hours, that is beyond expectation. Only one little moan, the item we ordered was an adjustable radiator cover, the product once built is just what we wanted but the instructions were very hard to follow and disaster was only just avoided.

Refuse to issue a refund for a failed delivery

Orderd an item on a third-party platform for delivery by 27th of May. The courier rescheduled three times and eventually failed to deliver. Contacted Home Discount and requested a refund. The customer service insisted that I open a return case, possibly because they didn't want the sale to be marked as a failed delivery. I refused. The seller failed to deliver and the customer is due a refund. It is the seller that has to make things right, not the customer. At the end of the day, it is them who chose this courier.

With regards to the request for you to open a return request this is the process that Tesco has asked us to follow. I am sorry that it does take an extra step for you to get your money refunded, however, there is no way round this for us.

Ordered a garden sofa from Home Discount…

Ordered a garden sofa from Home Discount through the Range and they delivered the incorrect item. They gave me a refund but not for the full amount and have since ignored my emails for the remaining amount. They have commented they do not sell garden sofas on The Range, however, I do have proof of said purchase and emails from them directly. Order number: 36066629 on 10 May 2026

The order was deli ered the next day…

The order was deli ered the next day and the furniture was easy to put together (nothing missing) and the furniture itself is very sturdy.
Am waiting for a new delivery of furniture i am looking at and will happily buy from these people again.
Calling these people was helpful and they were happy to help

I am very disappointed with the service…

I am very disappointed with the service I have received regarding my console table order.

When my parcel was marked as out for delivery, I was home all day, yet EVRI did not attempt delivery and instead returned the parcel to the sender. I contacted EVRI twice but received no help.

I then contacted your customer service team and was told by one colleague that I could choose between a refund or a replacement. I clearly stated that I wanted a replacement sent out. However, another colleague later informed me that a refund was being processed instead, despite my request.

I called again to explain the situation but left the conversation feeling frustrated and disappointed, as nobody seemed willing to correct the mistake or help further.

This situation was not my fault. EVRI failed to deliver my parcel, and your colleague then processed the wrong outcome after I had clearly requested a replacement.

All I wanted was the console table I originally ordered, not a refund. I would appreciate this matter being properly reviewed and for a fair resolution to be offered.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the inconvenience of the order not being delivered as expected. We expect a much better service for our customers from the couriers that we use.
The tracking shows that the order was refused at the delivery address, as this was not done by you, I can only assume that the driver was at the wrong delivery address at this time.
We did offer to send a replacement item to you. Unfortunately, as a return request was opened advising that the order would not arrive on time, a refund was issued. We assumed that a refund was required instead of a replacement item. On reflection, maybe we should have confirmed this with you instead of just issuing a refund and I apologise as this was not what you wanted. Once a refund has been made, I am sorry, but it cannot be undone.
As a refund has already been issued, we are unable to resend the item to you. I can only ask you to place another order please.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.

Hi,Firstly I was supposed to have my order by Wednesday and had left instructions with courier for items to be left in garage but 1 item was left outside my front door I am still waiting on the rest being delivered and this is now Saturday. I don't mean to be rude but I think courier company should be changed to avoid instructions not being carried out and to avoid damage to boxes as well I have not yet checked to see if their is any damage done to the furniture that is Inside the box

I was sent damaged goods.

I was sent damaged goods.
Very poor service. I've rang left messages explaining my situation, sent lots of emails with details and photos. Still waiting for the plan on next steps.
Frustrating!! And stressful because I now have 2 large packages of damaged goods stuck in my hallway and no info as to how it will be resolved.
