Got everything I needed. Carol who was at the till was lovely!

Quick service and the man helped me get the large package into the car. He was very helpful and went over and above in my opinion

I had a pleasant surprise at Upton store when I presented a faulty hedge trimmer. Despite me not having the receipt, store colleague Paul Smith bent over backwards to help me. He checked through the till records back to July last year to verify my purchas and promptly produced a replacement. I found him helpful, polite and professional. Homebase Upton will now be my preferred go to store. Very refreshing in this day and age. Thank you Paul Jones.

Would like to mention and praise two members of staff namely Christine and Jake who amazed me and my wife with their kindness and professionalism
Both went out of their way to assist in the setting up of a bbq they even visited our home to put the final touches to a bbq set up
Fabulous young people and a credit to Homebase Upton

Carol was extremely friendly and helpful, an asset to Homebase.

It was also lovely to see her fundraising for macmillan in store. A charity very close to our families hearts.

Had a lovely experience today with the customer service team member named Paul at the Upton homebase. He sorted on exchange for me but prior to the exchange tried to fix my lawnmower. He treated me with kindness and patience. He even gave me some useful tips on how to maintain my lawnmower. Just wanted to give him a big thank you and thank you for helping me out today it was highly appreciated.

The staff were very helpful and everything I wanted was available, especially Carol.

Great shopping experience. Quick to order online. Assistant came to help me as there was someone with a query at click and collect. The chap who brought my heavy bags of bark to me helped me to my car and loaded it in. Very pleasant and helpful experience. Would shop here again.

Carol served us today in her green wig, she was raising mkney for maxmillan She is a lovely lady who was very kind and friendly.

The lady on the till was very helpful and knowledgeable

I was served by Carol today, who was friendly, chatted to me about my purchase and project and explained that the staff were wearing wigs to raise money for MacMillan. There was no pressure to make a donation but I was more than happy to as Carol and I shared a nice connection.

I found it difficult to order online with the 15% off code
It just took me direct to payment and I thought it would then ask for code. However it didn’t so was charged the full price.
The did correct in the store but it was very embarrassing asked fir the £3 off while waiting in the queue.!
