Homebase - Upton Recensioni 

Went to the customer service desk to pick up a click and collect order, the staff member was rude, and she spoke on her headset to a colleague. She didn't have any genuine customer service.

Lovely lady served me and a very helpful assistant helped me find what I needed.

Visited Homebase Upton today and was helped to find what I was looking for by a lovely young lady named Christine. She found the paint I needed so fast and was more than happy to help. Lovely experience, will return.

The items I bought were reduced in price, which is always good and Christine, on the service desk, was a pleasure to be served by with her happy, friendly personality.

I ordered 3 Ceramic Bird Baths on line to be delivered to store. They arrived quickly and I went to collect ... I decided to check them before leaving the store which I'm so glad as 2 out of the 3 were smashed to pieces !!! They had been so ridiculously packed in an oversized box, with pieces of paper loosely laid between them and a bit screwed up at the top of the box to pack the void !! The staff at Upton Homebase were amazing and apologized, yet we're not surprised as this is something the apparently see often !! I got a refund for the broken ones and the helpful lady reordered new ones .. However, I am still awaiting their delivery ... Not so quick to arrive this time !! I cannot believe Homebase can afford to be so wasteful with goods it is shameful !!

Easy to use website and easy pickup

I thought if I ordered 6 bags of stones I would get the 4 for 3, I did'nt know you had to order 8. So I was'nt very happy when the lady told me how it works, on the advert it says 4 for 3!!

Although there was a little wait for the items - I was kept informed on where they where located and who would be bringing them over to the shop floor then I had help taking the absolutely massive pots to my car. Great service although the main star was the pots they were a beautiful bargain

We ordered a Keta storage unit. It came on time but the quality was really poor. Very thin and flimsy . I would not recommend this product to anyone. This is an example of buying on line and not actually seeing the product.

I needed help with a scan and qr code the staff were excellent and led me through and I returned my parcel,Bee was so helpful and pleased to go the extra mile, many thanks,H Kelley.

The cashier Carol was pressuring customers to donate to a charity. It felt very uncomfortable

The server at the till, Carol. Lovely woman who was very helpful. Loved her spirit as she was wearing a bright green wig for McMillan. I got a couple of bargains as well as what I went in for so happy all round

It was really easy to order the items I needed (which were all in stock) and then collect them from the store. I found it easier than trying to find what I needed by browsing in the aisles so I’d definitely do this again.

Carol who was working on the till at Homebase (Upton) was really friendly and helpful. She is always welcoming and pleasant when I've been into the store.

I love the item I bought, I would like to compliment a very helpful staff member who helped me lift all my items into the trolley, helped me wheel it to the car and lifted into the car for me, amazing thank you

The lady on the payment section at Upton Homebase Wirral was the epitome of kindness and patience to an elderly woman buying plants. Despite a queue forming behind her (there was only 1 checkout in operation) Debbie patiently organised her plants in a plastic container, helped her pack everything in her pull trolley and rested the plants in the donated container on the top and secured it with an elastic tie which was part of the trolley. The elderly lady then couldn't find her card, but Debbie searched and found it. She constantly reassured the lady and reminded her where the card was...now in her purse. My turn came and Debbie apologised for the wait and thanked me for my patience. What a wonderful employee you have! Her operator number is 176421.

The lady who served me was extremely pleasant, she is an asset to Homebase x

Found exactly what I came in for at a reasonable price. Carol on the checkout was cheerful as usual and sporting a fluorescent green wig for Macmillan cancer charity collection. Hilarious!
