Whenever I shop at the Telford store I am always impressed with the staff, they always smile and say hello which makes me feel a valued customer. Andy is very polite, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to be served by at the checkout til.

I used the 'tell me when in stock' and received email so I could quickly order online. Delivery on time. Product as described & easily assembled, although wood quality not as good as on exact same item 4 years ago.

Old light tube not accepted but your web site says staff will recycle old tubes. Staff told us they don’t usually do this . Who is correct ?

Was very happy after my visit to homebase. I was able to purchase what it was i needed, with the help of 2 lovely colleagues, trudy and andy. They helped me figure out where i could find the item i wanted, and when they discovered it was in their warehouse, they were able to get it for me quickly and was very friendly during.

Mark and Ruth went above and beyond. I had a disaster with a decor painting two walls the wrong colour. Mark looked back on the system and found the correct paint and colour from 2022.
Saved the day for me.
Then off to the counter to pay Trudy a real lady 👌

We were apprehensive when we went to look at kitchens, but when we approached Ashley, and explained what we were looking for, she made us feel comfortable about the process. Ashley came to our house to measure, and also gave us a few ideas we never thought of. When Ashley sent us over pictures of the design we were hooked. I have to say that without the friendly and professional attitude of Ashley, I don't think this kitchen would of happened. She is definitely a credit to the store.

Always helpful staff and quick click and collect

Always preferred Homebase to the ‘opposition’ as I’ve always found the staff more approachable and friendly. The same today. Although we had bought just a couple of small items, Trudy and Kerry, who was new to the job, were very cheerful and chatty. Good luck to Kerry in her new job!

Love the staff at Telford homebase they are always helpful. A male member of staff even helped me to my car...very well mannered and helpful. However when I got home opened the box to find there were no legs for my Sadie blue accent chair 🫥 I guess these come packed from warehouse so staff weren't to know.....Still annoying though. Just to add that in the light of day and after contacting my Telford store the lady advised me that the legs were under the seat behind a zipped piece of material. So all good ....one to be aware of if anyone buying this chair by the way it is a beautiful chair. 😍

Found this offer online which, with the promotion was good value. Ordered easily and ready for collection on arrival. Pleasant staff at the store.

I found everything I needed and had great service from Trudy at the till who was very friendly and helpful.

I unknowingly ordered the incorrect cube drawers. The lady who was picking my order thought this may be the case and rang me to ask if I wished to change the size. She sorted everything out over the phone, she was incredibly efficient, made my day!

Very very quick preparing order for collection. Thank-you. I made an error with the first order so husband had to wait in the car whilst I reordered extra. He won’t come home grumpy now!
