Nice clean stores ,with toilet facility's. Staff who are always helpful. isles wide enough for prams wheelchair access & As the carer for ASD & Dementia relatives .We find your stores are less confusing & calmer for their use .Well done homebase .Keep up the good work! .inclusive friendly.

Been to the store many times for my order to be told it isn't ready for collecting, then had a message to say its been collected? So not only do I not get my order I've lost out of nearly £400!!

After cleaning my decking, it came up very light. After applying the decking oil the colour came back like new.😎

The items were assembled for collection but I didn't receive a notification. I had to go to the store and ask.

I ordered a 37CM 1600W Powerbase lawnmower in store but online and the product was ready within 10 minutes and put on a wheeled pallet trolley ready to go. Quick custom, efficient and a decent £99 price to boot. If I'd have applied the 10% discount, it would have been cheaper still.

Ordered online. Straightforward process for click & collect. Used discount offer and additional first order online for even more saving. Messaged the following morning to confirm goods ready for collection.

Overall, very happy with my purchase experience with Homebase. The nearest store is several miles away but I got a good “offer” deal on a particular paint for a decorating project at home. I placed and paid for my order online to secure my chosen paint and received notifications via e-mail to confirm the order and when it was available to collect, an hour or so after it was placed. The order collection was easy with the paint waiting with customer service to be picked up and all the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent customer service from start to end. Particularly helpful staff member Martin who helped me by taking my items to my vehicle

Traveled all the way to Telford from Mid Wales to get some Easipanels, went to Telford as they were showing 19 in stock. When I got there 15 were badly damaged and not useable, managed to buy 6 as two damaged ones I could still use. No apologies from the staff, although they did discount the two damaged usable panels. Why don’t they check there stock before placing on the shelves.

If it wasn’t for the fact that only Homebase seem to do these panels I would have shopped elsewhere
