Natasha at Homebase Staines was brilliant from initial enquiry throughout the installation of our kitchen and bathroom. Natasha made our experience stress free and was super helpful throughout the whole process - including accommodating my constant indecisiveness! Every staff member was very helpful and attentive when Natasha was off.. i cant fault Homebase staines, I highly recommend them!

Internet ordering really good

I ordered a large item on line and went straight to the store (Staines) before I’d had the confirmation that it was ready to collect.

The staff got it ready for me immediately and I was all done within a few minutes.

Very helpful and friendly

I rang Homebase in Staines before ordering to check if they had the product in stock for me to click & collect.
Susie was very helpful and advised that they did have it in stock and would reserve it for me if I ordered it straight away online.
When I went to collect the product, Susie was there and met me with a friendly smile and manner. I was very impressed with her customer service. She's an asset to the company. Susie keep up the good work !!

Nobody at the collection point but lady on the till immediately asked how she could help. Quickly retrieved my order and we were on our way.

Product ready for delivery quickly. It was bulky and I was helped to load it into my car, friendly service

Had exactly what I needed, same tap as old one that was seizing up and it was immediately available in time for plumber to fit. Text saying ready to collect after 10 minutes, plenty of parking, and a very pleasant member of staff on reception when I got there.

Only 1 star as less is not possible. Purchased a tree online, when 2 in stock was presented online, made my way to the stock to be told no stock has been available for days, was identified prior to my arrival but no had the time to call me. No solutions were offered, except for a refund that will take days to process. Call to complain, stating that I wanted to raise a complaint from the outset to be told apprx 5 minutes later if I wanted compensation for inconvenience or additional money wasted coming to the store to collect nothing that I'd need to raise a complaint. Customer Service non-existent, stay clear don't waste your time or money either shop elsewhere or go to store first to avoid disappointment and being out of pocket to boot.

Staines upon Thames branch was so bad lots of empty shelves large empty spaces on the shop floor it was raining outside so things were getting soaked because there was no covers over anything. It looked like the shop was about to close down. I wouldn’t shop there again.

Really easy to order got to desk very friendly and effucient

Needed to buy Xmas lights at short notice, no one local had any except Staines. Staff were friendly, loads of parking

Ordered online ready to collect in an hour....easy.

All I had ordered was waiting at the desk. Collected and took home. The customer service team have always been very helpful. The store always has a good variety of plants and other garden items.
