Homebase - Romford Recensioni 

Had a bbq delivered to the Romford store, noticed on pickup in store, the box had a large dent and hole in it. On opening box to construct the bbq found the mainframe bent , front and back.
Took back for a refund.
Box had clearly been dropped.
I will not use in store delivery again as couriers take no care with the customer items.

Ready when we arrived greeted by friendly helpful lady. Perfect experience thank you

Horrible click and collect, very poor , did not feel valued as a customer

Simple to use website. Several ways to pay. Very quick service. Took about 30 minutes to get the confirmation email and just a few minutes wait in store to pick up the items. Friendly and helpful assistant.

Hi, items were ready to collect and also found another little bonus I have been waiting to buy for a long time,but homebase had it at a excellent price THANKYOU homebase.TOM

Ordered paint and was able to pick it up from store within an hour!

Romford branch (Davidson Way) - I purchased 2 gas bottles along with many other items. I was served by Laura who was so helpful - she made sure the gas bottles were taken to my car, and she was very informative, (I have never bought gas bottles before).
I had a trolley full of other items and Laura offered to help me to my car with those also. She was such a genuine, lovely, friendly and helpful member of staff, and for this reason alone I would choose to go to Homebase vs other home improvement stores! Thank you Laura!

Went to Homebase twice today purchased 2 coffee tables,
Janet on customer services served us both times,
Janet was very friendly and helpful.

Went to homebase see some garden furniture I liked, would normally buy there & then, but didn't this time, I went to a rival to see wot they had. Straight back home & onto homebase web site & ordered on line, delivered within 3days.

I have alway found every staff member helpful and lovely and always have time to help Romford is the best store

We were sent to the back of the store to collect 4 bags of Cotswold stone from click & collect. There’s a sign saying ‘press the button once & an assistant will come’. No counter or person around. We waited around 10 mins, nobody came then a young man from kitchens must’ve seen us waiting so he came over & pressed the button again. Still nobody came so he went & found someone who reluctantly came to our aid. He wasn’t interested in how long we’d waited & removed the bell from the wall, got our order & despite us being elderly didn’t ask if we needed any help wheeling them out and/or putting them in the car. He basically seemed thoroughly fed up. We asked a very nice young man at the checkout for help & he was very happy to.
All in all the store has a very bad atmosphere as though it’s about to close down. Lots of empty shelves & a very run down feel

Went to buy summer bedding and found rows and rows of dead plants. All dry and dead. Will not be visiting again.

The staff were exceptional (I’m so sorry I didn’t note names. I have Crohn’s and desperately needed help. The lady on the Help desk called another member to assist me. She then directed me to the collection point and a kind gentleman carried my purchase to my car and calmed me when I thought I had lost my keys. Just excellent customer service all round. Thank you

Declan and Janet were really helpful in store today and went out of their way to assist with a sale. Declan was really helpful and also asssited to change an item that was bought onlline. Both members were a credit to Homebase

I purchased 16 bags of pebbles and went to collect them from the Homebase store in Romford.

Firstly a lovely,polite member of staff called Laura reminded me of the 3 for 4 offer and then a delightful young guy called Rafferty kindly brought them all to my car and helped to load them into my boot.

Rafferty was extremely helpful and courteous and never once complained about the heaviness of the pebbles or the amount of bags.

Such a delightful young man.

Both staff are assets to your team.
