Homebase - Orpington Recensioni 

My husband and I went into Homebase Orpington looking for a new bathroom and kitchen, we met with Josh the kitchen and bathroom designer and he was very happy to help us, he listened to our ideas and guided us in how to make the best of the space we had and to pick the perfect bathroom and kitchen to fit our needs. Also he put us in touch with a company to do the work who he highly recommended. Sadly my husband passed away shortly after this and Josh stepped in and took care of all of the planning of deliveries chasing orders and suppliers and even kept an eye on the renovation. I don’t know how I would have managed to cope with everything if Josh hadn’t stepped in. He was incredible and went so far above and beyond his job I am so grateful and can’t thank him enough

Great shame at the very poor condition of some off the garden plants all they need is some water. Surely it would pay just to have a member of staff to tend and water them

The service at Homebase in Orpington is always of a high standard and the team of staff are always so helpful, courteous & friendly.

No queue, service with a smile and helpful staff. Great selection and prices

Arrived on time and the delivery men were very helpful. Haven’t unpacked it yet due to the awful weather

Ordered, picked up, all in an hour, no problems, good customer service instore.

My experience overall was fairly good .
The only thing I would say is that there needs to be more variety and selection of screws and fittings and fixtures More special offers on products Like what toolstation and screwfix do .

Lovely furniture

Kerry is the most helpful person on the planet! She patiently helped me find dozens of tester pots of paint and then mixed those not available for me. She took charge and sorted everything for me with a smile. She is a credit to the store.

I ordered a chair online, once delivered I noticed some sort of powder in various places on the chair that would not brush off
I returned it in store and asked for it to be replaced . They ordered me another and I went back to collect it 2 days later .
Once home I discovered that this one had the same problem.
I returned it in store again and asked for them to make sure that this will not be the case again.
I was told that they cannot put a message on the system and that they cannot guarantee that this won’t happen again .
During my conversations with the staff at Homebase it felt that they just wanted to refund the chair and be done with it , they didn’t even offer to refund my original delivery charge that I paid.
I am going to pick up the chair for the third time on Monday and to be honest I’m not confident that it won’t be faulty again .

Excellent quick collect service. Even went above and beyond on a separate purchase.

Very efficient service . Received a confirmation email within an hour of ordering to say ready to collect. Went straight to the desk and was able to pick up my order without having to search around the store . A brilliant time saving service.
