Really helpfull staff, needed to return and exchange even with a queue behind them they did not panic and managed my query very well

Staff really helpful. Item there as advised.

Ordered item online for click and collect. (User friendly site even for dinasaurs like us)
We collected our item and went on to shop, where found a more appropriate model than the one we had purchased on line. Charlotte helped us in store and Kerry and assistant (sorry cant remember name) helped us with the exchange that was required. All the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and professional.

Items were not available after paying I received a call from a staff member to advise. They were super helpful and polite however which means I managed to sort what I needed.

We were greeted by very friendly staff .
Our order was ready and waiting. We were offered help, if we needed it

Returned a faulty solar light & exchanged like for like. Hassle free. Plenty of staff and one guy in particular couldn’t do enough. Felt stress free & good customer service. I’ll say that again, good customer service. Ended up spending more money!

Very helpful, and guided with information

The ordering service was absolutely fine it was when we collected,we was waiting at the collection desk and she ignored the fact we were standing there so we walked in front of her (she was on the computer/till)and said we’ve come to collect something and she looked at us like we were had hindered her day and rolled her eyes not once smiled the customer service was appalling I have been in customer service in my past for a number of years and no matter what bad a day I was having I never let that show,the lady had dark curly ish hair and glasses and was very rude

It was really easy to get online once I decided what I wanted & then to pay & use click & collect service, then they send you a text when your order is ready to be collected, it’s a great service I feel comfortable knowing it’s safe & I can get my items when ever I want them

Excellent service when I went to collect my click and collect order. Fast and friendly staff gave me my order immediately and wished me a good day.

Great experience, in and out extremely fast. Order was ready in the back room, ready for pick up.

Your employee was rude and offensive when I went to collect my Paint that I ordered on line.
If this is the way you treat a trade customer I dread to think how she treats a normal customer.
My recent Sandtex x 2 orders I placed for over 140 litres of the above ordered on line, I would say it was a good order for your store.
However due to your rude member of staff, I will not be shopping at Homebase again.

Easy to order and collect parking good straight to desk order collected 5 mins max 👍🏽

It took 8 attempts and 4 changes of collection store to get the site to accept my order. I was promised @ 10% discount on first order for signing up for emails. This I did but no discount was applied to my order nor was a code mailed to me. Poor web performance and scam enticements.

Not been in shop for sometime and was amazed at how good the shop looked. Everything was extremely well laid out and loved the little baskets by the tills stocked with things you often forget you need. The plants in the outdoor section looked absolutely amazing. I was very impressed.
