Kerry was amazing and made our experience a great one.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Found what i needed with little bother. I was served by Tanveer and she was very polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Asked a gentleman sweeping outside a question he happily went to find the answer, even brought us a trolley to use.
Sam on the till was also very helpful and polite.

Kerry in the Oldbury branch was very friendly and efficient, worth going back just to chat with her. Excellent service!

Shopped at homebase Oldbury and was served by Kerry. I made a mistake on a click and collect order and Kerry sorted it out no problem. She went and found me a trolley without me asking as the items were bulky and even loaded it. I thought I'd have hassle explaining my mistake and trying to get what I needed, but she made the experience hassle free. Very friendly and helpful, thank you

I brought a bag of wood logs for my patio fire, it was so easy to look up on Homebase’s site to see what I wanted & check they were in stock, I paid online which is secure on their site as I have done so many times, then they send an Email to confirm the goods & later on send a text so you can go pick it up . It’s so easy & safe, I feel 100/% happy using my card .

Lady at the customer service desk was extremely rude! She would benefit from customer service training,

I went to oldbury homebase today to return a faulty karcher k3 which had decided to stop working after the 4th wash,I spoke to a very hard working lady at customer services who was trying her best to sort out about two or three other customers at the same time,called kerry ,who couldn't help enough with my problem.everything was sorted within minutes of my arrival,god bless kerry because if it wasn't for her the shop would go under to be honest because no one else seemed interested in anyone's complaints,
