Well what can I say but 10 out of 10 for Frances, she was able to build us a kitchen to how and what we really wanted better then what another kitchen company (wrens) said they couldn’t do .she took the time to put it together and sent us the designs even though we changed the colour and worktops multiple times as we was not 100% sure what to go with even right up till last minute, she took the time and patience over 7 days and always kept in contact with us and nothing was too much bother she remained professional and very friendly throughout, she was a absolute pleasure to deal with and I will most certainly recommend her and I am open to deal with her in the future on my next project,

Item defective. Re order upto 10 days or go to other city . Returned item. Unhelpful staff and unhelpful attitude. Extremely disappointed

Had to travel from one side of Leeds to the other as that was the only store stocking item.
Then there were no toilet facilities at store.

I placed my order and was given a time range to collect. There were no problems it was very smooth.

The lady on click and collect was very helpful and made my experience seamless ,all in all a very good experience

I recently purchased 2 items using click and collect online at homebase, I found the website easy to use and could choose my closest store to collect, I received a message informing me that my items were ready to collect the next morning, on arrival at the store I quickly received my items from the desk, the person on the desk was helpful and quick to bring my items, i would definitely use this service again in the future.

Very very quick service for click n collect at the Moore Allerton Homebase, I wasn’t in the store for more than 90 seconds. I’m a wheelchair user so the young lady behind the counter offered to carry my paint to the car and was very polite and helpful.

Excellent customer service-what a wonderful young lady-so pleasant friendly and professional! I don’t often fill these in but this young lady is a credit to your company

I am disabled, can't walk far and am in dreadful pain. I order through click and collect as I can't walk around the store looking for things. I ordered food for my bird feeder in the garden. When the unpleasant assistant brought it, one of the packets was leaving a trail of food. It was half empty as it had two holes in it. I said this packet has been leaking. No apology, he said "if you don't want it, go get another one. They are at the back of the store on the right." I was obviously struggling to get to the bottom of the store. When a customer offered help, she went to get the food for me. The young customer service "assistant" was more rude when I returned with the exchanged packet. I will go elsewhere in future.

Lots of time to discuss and work out what we needed for our new kitchen. Knowledgeable, helpful, and patient expert advice.

Me and my husband been to many stores looking to buy a new Kitchen at best price .we visited Leeds homebase at Allerton Centre and we spoken to Frances Ballance who is a Kitchen and Bathroom Expert .From start to finish Frances was so helpful, Professional and extremely knowledgeable.She as done such a good job explaining to us every single process .The whole process was seamless and we are over moon and now we are waiting on delivery of new Kitchen. Very helpful staff
The person on the till took my (small) rubbish away to bin it for me (empty packaging from a light bulb) with a smile
I also left some property at the toll by accident
This property was returned to me again with a smile (different member of staff)
When I called back 10 minutes later
Lovely experience

It was great that my item was ready to pick up at or before the time stated. Also the staff was considerate and helpful.

Click and collect used for coat hanging wall shelf. The first one had a big chunk missing that was obvious when it was being brought to me. Not sure why staff thought this was OK.
Replacement one cracked when hung on wall. So overall not impresses
