Item ready when I went into store,plesent staff.chattey.

I would definitely be careful ordering from these!!! Ordered my child a £100 chair out of he’s disability money and you robbing lot have made out iv collected the order so I’m now without an order when I haven’t even be into your store to even collect it!! But your store has marked it as collected!! HOW????? You’r meant to check ID? So how has my order been collected without my ID? I haven’t been able to collect it because I’ve been housebound the past few days waiting for carers to have my child so I can collect it.. so if I’ve been housebound who on earth has my order? And has been managed to get it without my ID? I’m absolutely fuming you have took money from my child!!!! I won’t settle until my child has he’s chair or I have he’s money back.. I believe the staff at the Leamington store should be questioned if they giving orders out without checking properly!!

We bought a bathroom with the Help of Daijah Clifford who designed our bathroom. She was extremely proactive and couldn't do more for us. There were some issues with delivery of items which Daijah kept us informed of and was able to source from another store. We are grateful to her and would highly recommend Homebase based on the customer service we received from her.

It was so easy to order online and when I went to collect my order it was already for me and the colleague who served me was very nice.

We recently had a bathroom designed for us by the fantastic Daijah at Homebase Leamington Spa. The bathroom is beautiful, reasonably priced and of great quality. Daijah was absolutely fabulous to work with, her attention to detail was wonderful, her communication so effective and her support with finding fantastic bathroom fitters (Evans Kitchens and Bathrooms) and the liaising between them like nothing we have experienced before. So sad Homebase is closing - I would have as many rooms reconfigured as possible for service as amazing as this.

The member of staff at customer services was miserable didnt look like wanted to be there ask her if wanted to see my id but she didn't I could of been anyone not the first time she has been like it very rude smile wouldn't go a miss

We went to Homebase in Leamington Spa today and had fantastic service from Sheila, who was extremely helpful with our lampshade purchases 😀 👏. My daughter's student house looks so much more homely now the bare light bulbs are hidden!

Went to the Leamington Spa Store with my 4 year old son today for some paint for his room. Sheila on the paint desk couldn’t have been any better, she was amazing with my Son and we both left with huge smiles on our faces. She went above and beyond, and made my son’s day.

First time I'd ever done click and collect. Everything was plain sailing and staff were lovely. Thank you

Had a lovely experience getting a folding chair/ bed, Sheila was is absolutely awesome!!! One of the kindest individuals I have ever come across, super helpful🫶🫶

Quick and easy service

Great helpful service!

Very easy to order and collect. Only slight issue was Homebase said don’t collect until you receive email - which never arrived. But I fortunately noticed much later that in fact they’d texted.

I waited 6 days for notification that the items were ready to collect. Eventually had to chat with customer service who told me it had been there for at least 5 days!! What a shame that this let you down!!

Ordered online for collection. Received notification a few minutes later that my order was ready to collect. Perfect.
