Paint Mixing and Customer Service Feedback
I have been back and forward during March getting paint blended at the mixing machine. Louise was one of the staff members who has been incredibly helpful when choosing paint and mixing it for me.
Also, Fiona on the customer service desk is very personable and helpful. All staff are a credit to Homebase.

Human error mistake. Oops
When I went in to collect my order it was ready however one of the 2 switches ordered was wrong. The assistant noticed this and got help to get the correct item. Although I had to wait about 20 minuets I put it down to human error.

Checked stock says you had 24…
Checked stock says you had 24 bags....went to shop to buy...couldn't find asked at counter....guy checked computer.....they're thru the back....what you want them now ...if I could I said....asked for help no one able to get the bin down with forklift...very unhelpful....why u want charcoal at this time of year....thats my business ....went home checked stock again ....ordered and paid online.....got a phone call from the same guy who said didn't help 35 mins after order placed that the stuff was ready to pick up....joke really is ....so I have to make a 2nd trip just to pick up my order that if they had been a bit helpful wouldn't have wasted another hour plus trip again today

Click and collect order for laminate…
Click and collect order for laminate flooring, was ready really soon after ordering. When I went to pick up it was brought out quickly and an employee brought it out to the car and helped load it into the car. This was excellent service and I hugely appreciate their help.
