Homebase - Inverurie Recensioni 

Picking up 3 heavy packs of pre-ordered tiles and the bottom 2 tiles of one pack were broken.
Shane at the Inverurie Homebase was excellent in sorting out the issue, first trying to provide individual samples to replace and then a full pack when he recognised the samples had defects too.
Good customer service.

I bought two heather plants that were discounted from £3 each to 50p each and was charged £6.

Staff were very helpful, helping me get my
order into the car & even getting me cardboard to cushion my order.

Was only in the shop minutes to collect my purchases and the assistants loaded the car as the purchases were large and reasonably heavy. Very impressed with the Inverurie branch.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered items on line using 10% off code and paid for. Phoned by store next day and told main item no longer in stock but there were similar items in store and that I’d get the 10% off. Went to store to collect and told I couldn’t get 10% off and that I’d have to reorder online to get 10% off. Tried to do this at the checkout but was unable to reuse the code. Assistant said I could create a new email address to access the code…..

Click and collect was very efficient- collection of order within 2 hours of placing the order online. Staff at 7pm polite and helpful

Click and collect used, no issues whatsoever and very friendly staff

i got 2 boxes of floor tiles. click and pick up. took them home. from inveruie. to newmachar. aberdeenshire. so got a tiler. on sunday. he done the job. just with one box. so i took it back to the shop. she says one tile is missing. so no refund. the tiler says he only used one box. so did i get it will one tile missing. so sad in times like this you can't trust. anyone. i was a bit upset. as i felt it was me and not the shop. just won't go there again.

We ventured into the Inverurie branch to have a look at the outdoor furniture. Plenty of options for us to try out and see the comfort offered. We made the decision, headed home and bought the first one we saw. Comfortable and looks great.

Neil at homebase in Inverurie loaded topsoil and compost into a trolley for me then took it out and loaded it into my car. Well done Neil for your customer care
