Great customer service from Susan

Paint shopping - colour matching. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The store always looks clean and tidy and full of decent quality products. lovely store and really pleased with the dulux and crown paint quality.

It was so straight forward made enquiries last Sunday had a proper measure from the sales lady on Wednesday had a kitchen fitter out on Thursday with dates and price paid for the kitchen today. Sorted. So helpful as well top marks to denice jennings for talking us though procedures and designs and dates so helpful and made you feel at ease no pressure to buy .

Great click and collect service. Very helpful staff who helped put the heavy items into my car.

We purchased a suite of garden furniture at Harlow and were served by Emma who was excellent with service,knowledge and help.The suite arrived on time with no mistakes in any way.We have since been back to purchase a Keto for the cushions and were served again by Emma,once again excellent.Five star service

We ordered bedroom furniture with Denice and found her to be more than helpful. She gave us advice and superseded our expectations, she was patient and willing to change the plans several times to suit our needs. We are looking forward to receiving our order.

The shop floor is well organised and tidy. The staff seemed to know what stock was available and were very friendly and helpful. We bought a lovely item and the whole experience was great. Which cannot be said for most shops. So well done Harlow Homebase.

Susan was extremely helpful ensuring I had the correct item. She even was able to explain what she knew which helped me to make an informed choice.

The gentleman was really helpful to find the product from store room as it wasn’t in the main shop. And Susan is kind and cheerful.Overall good staffs.

Charlie served me at the till who was polite but the lady who helped me buy the drill was really helpful and she price matched the drill bits. I’d actually just left B&Q because they were so unhelpful and rude. Homebase were lovely

I’ve been in Harlow’s Homebase maybe 5 or 6 times this Summer, as I’m slowly redecorating my home. Each and every time Susan has dealt me with me
She is incredibly patient and helpful, despite me being a bit of a numpty at times and buying and returning paint, etc.

Wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Bought 2 pieces from Homebase, Rattan Sideboard (home delivered) & Rattan Bedside Table (click & collect). Could not be happier with my purchases. They fit beautifully and better than expected. Took a little while to assemble (one person). Instructions easy to follow. Absolutely worth the price paid and on an equal par with much more expensive pieces bought elsewhere. They look fabulous and feel quality. Customised the handles to make them all uniform. Delighted.
