Excellent swift service.

We have not bought a bathroom suite for several years. Denice was very well informed and very professional. She engaged with us well and understood what we wanted to do with our bathroom. Denice was able to guide us through the whole process and made everything so much easier for us.

Purchased what I wanted today, just on the odd occasion stock items have run out, and you can't get what you want. Staff very polite and courteous. Love the large car park at Edinburgh Way.

Ordered water softener salt on line for click and collect. Was ready for pickup very quickly. A staff member very obligely lifted it into my car.

Really enjoy visiting the Harlow site, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Harry at the till was great, offered a pack of 5 gloves for £5 however I just bought some recently. Will definitely grab them next time!

At location 0150 Harlow the manager was both friendly and immediately accomodating and helpful.
We returned a quantity of unused paint that had been ordered online.

I was looking for a front door mat and a cork bath mat. After wandering around the store I found a Homebase employee and asked him where the front door mats were, he kindly walked me to where they were, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I chose my mat, there were no cork bath mats, so I went to pay for my front door mat. I was served by Harry who was extremely polite and courteous, so I was entirely happy with my shopping experience. It’s just a shame there were no cork bath mats.

The quality of your goods is not as good as it used to be. Curtain rail brackets you supplied did not have the screw holes drilled in them straightly. This meant they could not be used properly.

Orderd said collected I eater have. Contacted them theyvtreid ringing once .I've tried endless times jo awnser still not recieved item
