Visited homebase park farm Folkestone today 23rd may 2024 to buy emulsion paint the receipt states we were served by Hazel,like to express our thanks to Hazel she was very helpful and friendly mixed up the paint into 5 litre cans for us nothing to much trouble will certainly visit there in the future many many thanks Hazel.

Simple to order. Kept me informed. Collection was easy.

Click and collect was ready within an hour of placing order. Would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t of been for the sullen woman serving on click and collect desk. No greeting or ‘can I help you’ just a miserable stare.

Was supposed to be ready in upto and hour but had to chase up after one & half hours & it still wasn't done. Nearly 2 hrs from order to collection.
Not good enough. If you're going to take that long, say so.

The process of designing our new kitchen was made so easy with Jane. It felt like a daunting task, but Jane helped us through every step of the process. She was able to advise us on what would and would not work in our kitchen, and we really appreciated her advice.

Over two in-depth sessions Jane patiently listened to us, understood our needs and worked with us to design our new dream kitchen. She was able to repurpose parts of our old kitchen and help us realise how we can best use our space.

I can not recommend her enough. Her advice throughout has been brilliant, and much needed and even though we changed our minds what felt like a million times she was extremely patient with us!

We never felt at anytime pushed into the sale and her advice helped us stick within our budget and even helped us save money!

Thanks so much Jayne you have been brilliant. We will be back for the bathroom!

Ordered a complete kitchen from the Folkestone store and was served by Jane the whole way through.
The journey from ordering to fitting has been seemless with exceptional customer services even when issues arose they were dealt with swiftly and professionally.
If you are thinking of changing your kitchen would highly recommend

We browsed and shopped for 109 minutes and you are only allowed 90 minutes parking in the Homebase car park so we were issued with a Contractual Parking Charge notice to pay £100

I contacted the store and they spoke to the Car Parking fine company and resolved the matter for us.

I am now informed that if you think you are going to stay over 90 mins you need to speak to a staff member and register your number plate.

I have suggested to Homebase that the warning sign be put at the Entrance and the stay time be extended.

We felt we were in safe hands with Reece. He listened attentively to our questions and offered creative solutions to our problems. He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you Reece.

I originally ordered from store as the item was in stock only to get a call the next day to say they didn’t have it and would refund the money I had to wait over 5 days for refund before ordering online to be delivered to store. Why could the store not have ordered one in for me?

We were very confused when wanting to purchase a pressure washer, Although it was not Kim's dept she absolutely tried her best to help, she then found Sammy who then between them gave us so much help, in fact, we left the store absolutely thrilled we our purchase of a Bosch power washer which was down to them! Absolute credit to your store!

The purchase we brought the box was split open and the store refused us any discount. When we got home and checked the unit over we found that firstly there she parts missing of which I need to return to the store today. Also the plastic dowles that hold the central shelves in situ are too short which is a manufacture issue. This means I've got to source some longer 8mm dowles myself so that they are secured.

Good thing I was a carpenter before I retired as the oak coffee table was so out of alinement I nearly sent it back .i had to undo most of the screws in order to sq it up .that said now it is put together properly it looks great.not sure which factory Homebase buy their oak furniture from but they are not doing Homebase any good . What branch it was brought from is not important .

Jayne hyder was excellent when helping to design our kitchen, she took time when choosing what appliances to go with the kitchen we chose. Offerd refreshments to us. We was not rushed. Jayne helped by choosing the correct work tops and back splash behind the top of cooker.we choose the electrical items from ao. When our kitchen was completed it looked so posh. So thank you jayne for all you help and knowledge. Mr & Mrs leagas
