Excellent friendly and helpful staff, couldn't be faulted.

I was ordering clearance outdoor furniture and had been having difficulty with locating stock. I was impressed with Katrina who I spoke with on the phone who went out of their way to help.

When I collected the staff in Fareham were really helpful and helped load large items onto our van.

It is great to experience excellent customer service.

Had problems getting 2 matching chairs because a man said we’d have to go to Chichester for another one 👎anyway to cut it short a lady called Trina really was professional and we left the store very happy as she put herself out and found another for us which saved us a long journey

We requested some paint tester pots.

Mike was amazing, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He not only gave us excellent advice but also helped us to choose more suitable colours.

I visited the Fareham store today 8/824, to purchase some panelling for our bedroom. I'll like to thank & praise one of your members of staff, his name was Mason, he was very helpful, kind & considerate. He helped load all the panelling onto a trolley, very kindly offered to push the heavy goods to the till, covered everything in bags to protect it from the rain & placed all the items in the boot of my car, all with a smile. He is a asset to your company & i really do hope his customer service is somehow rewarded within the company.

Fast friendly service at the till, super fast and friendly service from the warehouse who took it and loaded it in to my car for me.

I went in to purchase some garden furniture and I was greeted by Harrison Cooke offering to help me with my purchase. He was very polite and extremely helpful. A wonderful young man!

Easy to order. At shop straight in straight out.

When I got home after picking up the ceiling lights, I unpacked them only to find bulbs were not included. It was a long journey I did not want to repeat it. Who has a stock of all the bulb types at home?? Why did the assistants not ask if I needed bulbs? Why did the website not suggest I needed bulbs ( it was click and collect). Very frustrating.

I went into Homebase Fareham to buy some paint for my new house. There was so much to buy and already felt a little overwhelming.

Trina came over to mix some paint for me and I had had to settle for a colour, not realising that the mixing machine could mix thousands of other colours that were not on display and there was one in particular than I had my heart set on.

She took pity on me and agreed to remix the paint in my chosen colour for no extra charge and also gave me detailed advice on paint tones and brands… she was so experienced and kind!

There was also an out of date offer sign on the mixing station for “buy one get one half price” that she agreed to honour as it was false advertising and I’d already done the math.

Trina made what could have been a stressful and negative experience for a novice totally stress free and even came over to the tills at the end to make sure I got all the offers she had agreed to honour.

An asset to the store and customer service that you don’t get very often nowadays :(
