I went to the Range in Antelope Park just to make and inquiry about Kitchens and spoke to Gaz. He arranged a free home consultation and within a few days my kitchen was ordered. Everything was smoothly dealt with. A few minor hiccups but Gaz dealt with these straight away. I am over the moon with my new kitchen and would highly recommend Gaz to get you your dream kitchen.

We brought a New kitchen in September which cost alot of money.Yesterday we have kitchen fitters in the measurements where wrong that the woman did for us from homebase and we have two doors missing.I rang the store and told them about the doors missing and they said they cannot order the doors because they have gone into administration I'm sure they could order them because some stores are still open

Using click & collect for heavy items means everything is on a trolley when you collect it which is so much easier & also you know the items are in stock before you go.

Given a 10% discount on the product

Cindy really wanted to be certain I was fully informed of the suitability and features of the product I was purchasing. Such a shame this well managed store with such friendly and professional staff will be closing soon.

Cubes I ordered were wrong size (my fault) tried to return them to Fareham store but they no longer accept refunds. No mention of this online. There's no other store within 30 miles of me so it's a bit of a pain to return elsewhere.

The Customer Service from Claire was above and beyond. She couldn't have been more helpful. You can't afford to lose employees like her.

An excellent service provided by Chris at Homebase fareham today.
He gladly helped me lift a sofa bed into my car and when it wouldn’t fit he happily removed the sofa bed legs in order to make it fit in the car. Thank you Chris

Quick and easy. Staff friendly. Select an item on the website and collect in minutes from the store. Too easy. The only issue being once in store I had to browse and ended up buying more items.

Compared to the Chichester branch, they have great customer service skills.
I originally went in to purchase a Franklin 2 pro BBQ, which they had none in stock. However, Chichester showed 2 in stock yesterday and again today (so still not updated stock report), which led to me driving over to Chichester to pick up a BBQ. Cut a story short, no stock, poor customer service and attitude from staff (Chichester) went back to Fareham and found a Franklin 2 BBQ got great service and some discount for the inconvenience. Shame it's going and wish the staff all the best.

Needed a blue emulsion paint to match our 247 vertical blinds, found “Into the blue “ Elle by Crown at Homebase. Was not sure when we could get there so had it delivered. All went well.

Faith was exceptionally caring during our kitchen design. Ensuring she met my financial needs whilst delivering a design that exceeded my expectations. She had some brilliant ideas and insight which helped me look past barriers and see the full potential our space had. Can’t recommend her enough. Thanks Faith!

I ordered some paint online from Homebase and received immediate confirmation of my order followed by a text that it would be available to collect later that day. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I was helped by a man called Mike in the Fareham store who couldn't have been more helpful, I am a dithery old lady but he had time and patience for me. A big thank you to him and the rest of the staff who are always helpful to me.

Ready very promptly after my arrival. Wonderful chap brought 2 trestles from storeroom on trolley & brought to my car and packed into car boot. Excellent service.
