Tj was very helpful and very knowledgeable and helped me loads with a power base battery

We were served by TJ and Gemma. It was quite late in the day. They were both super friendly, very professional and absolutely delightful. I rarely see this level of customer service. They are a credit to your company and your shop will be my first port of call next time because of these two great women. They rock!!

Came into store in Friday to pick out paint. Sam in paint ask me if I need help and was very helpful and polite and took time to help me and was very patient. I had bad wrist and he also help me to car. Great staff member for Homebase

Thanks Catherine for arranging for my cotswold ceramic pot to be brought down from a high shelf in warehouse and set aside for me to collect! It’s a lovely stylish option, great value - I’ve done my online research and this beats all others!

Great in store when I had a query and ver good delivery service.

Came in on Friday to buy some paint for my living room, sam asked me if I needed any help and recommend some really lovely paints and I feel in love the polished pebble. Sam had a such a great help and had lots of knowledge on paint, and also help me to the car with the paint. Sam did an amazing job.

It was well packed, even it was big package was intact. Fast delivery.Good price and good quality

Great service - took my old lawn mower for recycling. New Powerbase 37” ready. Only 3 stars because there is a sporadic sound when the blade rotates which could be sign of a problem. If it’s fine I’ll update my score

Great experience. Went to the Epsom/Ewell branch and Katarzyna was really helpful finding the right garden furniture. Sam & Harrison were legends helping me pack everything into my car - great customer service!

I needed to get garden furniture quickly for an event and if I didn’t have the help from those 3 I probably wouldn’t have bought it.

Homebase, if you’re reading this give them commission / bonus pay.

Just had to write this review after my 5 star experience at Homebase Epsom. I literally dragged myself in there to choose some paint after a long day at work when suddenly I hear do you need some help! Sam in the paint department helped me choose some colours was very patient and knowledgeable about what I should expect then it didn’t stop was served by a lovely lady Helen at the till. Thank you guys those gestures of kindness went a long way with me . Customer service at its best! :-)

I am very disappointed with the lawnmower.
The grass was not even that long and
It was constantly switching off.
I had to open it, clean it and trying to figure out what was happening took me all day and at the end I was not able to finish my garden.
