The item I ordered online was sent to the store of my choice, which I collected in a day.
The whole process allowed me to track its whereabouts.
I was pleased with the quality of the item, a wicker waste paper basket, which was half the price of a similar one in an upmarket department store.

The person who served us was super efficient, professional and pleasant.
The store is very well stocked and presentation is immaculate.
So much better than Reigate!

Had to wait a very long time at the click and collect point - it would’ve been quicker to get the items myself and gone through a regular checkout. Homebase staff are always polite and friendly.

I went into store to get some inspiration for my new house and was approached by a lovely lady. I think she said her name was Helen. She not only took the time to help me choose the colour paint for my room but she also took a genuine interest in my project.

I will certainly be returning to your store and will hopefully be assisted by her again because she also made me laugh.

I have no Proof of Purchase and a valid Warranty.

We bought a kitchen from Homebase and Charlie was extremely helpful from the start. He never let anything feel like a problem or barrier (but would explain any limitations in advance, always have alternatives to keep momentum).
We were very pleased with the help and advice as well as the product (Whitstable kitchen) and its delivery communication.

What stood-out was Charlie’s willingness to be there weeks afterwards for continued help and advice. That unconditional help lead to additional products being bought to finally allow us to put the finishing touches to our kitchen.

Very quick and easy

Collected our new powerbase cordless 46cm lawnmower for £399 via click and collect. Box was already opened on arrival. When questioned we were told they didn’t know why it was opened. On taking the lawnmower out of the box there were no batteries in it. Not a great start
