purchased a chair and Alan served us and dealt with us in a very cordial manner at Cromer Homebase Location 0852. Unlike a manageress a few days earlier when buying another chair. Most obnoxious, surly and unhelpful person and beyond my comprehension why she is a manager. I SUGGEST SHE TAKES A CRASH COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

We found our purchase easily and gad a very smiley and helpful assistant in Graham who was also very efficient .

The items I needed were easy to find and Sam at the checkout desk could not have been more helpful.

2 members of staff (one of whom was Emily) made it a very good experience - one of the best in any hardware store. They took time, were very helpful and pro-active. They made us feel like valued customers. We left in a very good mood!

Great shopping experience you didn’t have our first choice of paint colour but our second option was in stock, Sam is a great asset to Homebase and his help was great, decorator can get on with the project.

I rang the Cromer store to confirm the stock level of an Item as they showed 2 online and I needed 2.
Graham was very polite and helpful and did a physical stock check for me. As I had to complete a 20 mile round trip to the store he kindly agreed to reserve them for me.
Store were also pleasant and helpful and also loaded the items into the car for me.

Reasonable amount of stock on shelves (mainly looking for photo frames) and cheerful and friendly service from Sam at checkout.

Item ordered to collect in store, only had 2 boxes of 2 of 2, staff then amended order to a colour change so item was complete in a different colour way. Went above and beyond.

Had an excellent shop. Clare the team member was very helpful even going outside to get me a large trolley because my purchase was very heavy. Thanks again Clare.
