Excellent customer service had what I wanted

Lovely lady served me very friendly and helpful. It would be lovely if everyone was like this lady, it would make the shopping experience so much nicer.

I want to give a shout out to Holly on customer service who was so helpful in finding someone to help me with some questions about flowers and plants after the main person had finished for the day and she passed me to Julie who was super helpful in answering questions and collecting a trolly and some other bits for me. It was like having a personal shopper and she was so lovely in all she did for me. Both of these members of staff deserve recognition for their over and above service. Homebase cannock. Thank you the plants look lovely all potted up.

Easy to find products ,helpful and friendly service.

Easy to order online and pickup at store - 50 minutes from selection to collection! There was a good choice of lawnmowers to select from. We chose one that was on offer at a very good price. It was easy to assemble with the minimum of fuss and little DIY ability required. Once I had got to grips with the various cutting lengths it worked a treat

The service at the till was friendly and informative. Everything was easy to find so no support was required on the shop floor, though if it was required, I could not find many staff around. It was a quiet day to be honest. Julie on the tills made the visit worth our while

A good selection of the goods I was after, and because they were for my garden, a lot cheaper than a Garden Centre. The store has easy access and plenty of free parking. The store was clean and the staff polite and friendly. Served by Holly, Thank you.
