Competitive price for Laura Ashley wallpaper with prompt delivery, the only downside was the sales assistant when asked said they couldn't guarantee the rolls would be the same batch number which I found a bit odd but on arrival they were so I was quite relieved

2 packs of 10 x 8ft garden canes ordered for Click & Collect. One pack OK. The canes in the second pack appeared to have been pre-used and there were only 9 canes. Fortunately, I spotted this before leaving the store and the problem was sorted out by the CS staff

Tina was welcoming and prompt finding my order. We were offered help to carry it to the car and the staff member that assisted with this was careful with the product and very helpful.

Visited the bradford branch and the staff were all lovely. As an autistic adult I struggle with shopping on occasion however this location had a lovely peaceful feel.

Friendly, welcoming and efficient ☺ - in particular, Tina who answered my initial phone call.

Your till operator was on her phone from the moment i walked into the store. Her service was inadequate, very dismissive. Please do your own homework I have given the transaction times.

Staff were super helpful in store - opening the box to show the product as this was the last chair and I had only viewed it online.

The CSA was abrupt and couldn’t even be bothered to smile or use basic manners to say please and thank you ..Not what you want when you are a customer,buying or not ! It was too much trouble for her to go get my order evidently and it showed .Not even a thank you when she brought it out ,just plonked on counter to my dismay ! The whole place was empty except for us and the other two members of staff also looked like they didn’t want to be there .. Very poor customer service and wasn’t made ti feel like I wanted to go back there anytime soon
