Simple order process and quick collection. Staff very friendly

Went in for some glue and found the staff hugely helpful. Specifically Paul said hello and asked if we needed help. He was very polite. Aidan served us at the till and offered us good service.

Aaron was very helpful with an exchange of goods. I tried to return a product to the store on Friday, but due to the global IT outage he was not able to process the return. Aaron kept my order paperwork and tried again on Saturday but certain systems were still not working. So I went in today and the exchange was completed very efficiently.

As always with Homebase, good service, good price products and very friendly staff

Jo from the Bodmin garden centre. She is AMAZING! So polite & factful. I’m a beginner gardener and she walked around discussing plants and recommending things to me. She also spoke to my daughter and showed her some birds that were nesting in the plants!

I went into Homebase Bodmin with a faulty chair. I was seen by Mark, he was very helpful and explained that the thread had a piece of steel not fitting correctly that’s why the screw would not fit.
He tried to find an alternative but unfortunately it did not work. He asked another member of staff if she could help then asked another member of staff if he could help.
The 3rd member of staff managed to put in 3 screws. I would like to say great customer service. 10/10 for keep trying to help me. So good to see GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would tell everyone if your need help try Bodmin Homebase they go that extra mile to help the customer. Well done Mark a very happy customer.

Ordered a fence post through click and collect. Went to the store my fence post was ready for me. Wonderful service.

Really great service from Krisra. She went out of her way to make sure we got the right paint that we required.

What a great experience. Dropped in for a gas BBQ and came out with said BBQ and a smile. We have been shopping at this location for many years and always given help when needed but on this occasion it was above and beyond our expectations.

It was my first time using Homebase for a kitchen purchase and can honestly say I was extremely impressed we were helped by Paul Kelsey in the Bodmin branch and he was absolutely amazing he was very patient and extremely good at his job safe to say the best salesman we have ever encountered. He gave really good suggestions and made the whole experience really relaxing and enjoyable he is definitely a great asset to his company and cannot praise him enough👏👏👏
