Ordering online is fast and easy. Orders are usually ready quickly. Staff are friendly & helpful. The assistant I spoke to went out of her way to ensure I could manage ,& that's not the first time.

Bought 3 tins of paint, all included in the buy one get one half price which cost £67.50 (£27.00 each) - returned one unopened one and received £20.25 back so 2 tins that should have cost £40.50 (£27 + £13.50) has cost £47.25 - I personally do not think this is fair and is in breach of your BOGO half price offer, but we were told there was nothing that could be done about it

Item was damaged and had to be returned

I spoke to a lady called Lesley regarding some advice for climbing plants and found the worker rude and abrupt I explained I was new to gardening and was unsure what I was looking to be rudely told I was out of season for what I was looking and then went on to show me a couple of reduced clematis climbers but then was told if I had come back early in the year there would have been a lot more choice I found the experience very difficult I would NOT wish my experience to be put onto someone else especially after I had spoke to a lady at the till who did apologise for her colleagues actions to be told she can be very abrupt with customers etc I don’t find this expectable.
