We bought a few items and when we went to pay we were served by Anne. As soon as we walked up to her she was huffing and wouldn't look at us. She acted like we were wasting her time. I said hello and smiled and she ignored me. She started scanning and I asked if I can pay half cash half card, she huffed again and rolled her eyes and said fine. As I got my purse out my bag, she flapped her arms to hurry me up. I'd even understand a little bit if it was busy and there was a queue but there was literally no other customers.
Myself and my partner felt so uncomfortable and won't be returning even though this is our local DIY shop and we've just moved to a house that needs a lot of work.

I loved that I could order an item anf it would be brought in to the store of my choice for pickup.
Also, I brought in a couple of tools I'd been having minor issues with, and Arron, the assistant in the store was so helpful and kind. He resolved both issues and showed me how to do them myself next time. Thank you so much.

Great quick service, in and out after only ordering a few hours ago online. Gareth was very kind to help bring the heavy toilet to my car :)

Only been a couple times but staff are great so friendly and helpful made shopping so much easier and refunds quick and easy and even click and collect helping me get my rattan furniture into my tiny car! Will be shopping here more thank you to the great staff at blyth!

Prices are bit expensive compared to other diy stores.cleanliness of store ie floor and stairs dirty

I went to buy a bbq which wasn’t on the shop floor but the helpful staff (Chris and Anne W) fetched it from the warehouse in a couple of minutes. Both very friendly. I got it to the car and sorted out the car seats then discovered I could lift it in (66kgs!).
I went back to the shop and asked if Chris could help me (he had previously offered). He came straight out to sort it with me and I was on my way. Just how you want shopping to be. Thanks both!

It was very very quick and efficient, no more than 2 mins at the store. Well done

It literally took a few minutes to pick up our purchase from the click and collect counter as it was already waiting there for us.
