A first class service provided, staff were more than helpful even asked if i needed help with the order to my car. What more could a customer ask for nowadays.

My order was ready for collection promptly. On cellection my order was sitting in trolley ready for me take it out.

Quick and easy to use click and Collect

I recently had bathroom equipment delivered from yous and today when bathroom was being put in the toilet was smashed to bits!!!!! Now I’m left with no toilet and my workmen are raging 😡

I didn't recieve a text or email to say my item had arrived. When I went to collect it, I was asked to wait for 15 mins because of a delivery and when it did arrive, it was the correct item but for another person.

On time, delivered exactly to right place, could not ask for better service, FIRST CLASS is the only way to describe it.

7 months ago, I bought 5.76 SM of hardboard cut to size for £40. Today, from the website, I bought 4.47 SM of same for £48. Price has risen 55% and options are not as extensive.

Liked the ease of ordering etc.
Disliked that the bag was cut, even though it was put into another bag the sand is falling out of it too, not impressed at all.

Moving house which needed a lot of renovating, we made an appointment with Luke just after Christmas to plan our new kitchen. At this time of year we got our kitchen at a great price. Luke was very friendly and helpful. His advice throughout was good. We had to change the size and layout of the island which we would not have done but Luke’s professional opinion proved correct.
We are so pleased with the finished result and the quality of the units. We were able to add on a few extra units at a later date too.

The female staff rang me to see if I wanted another colour as the green was not available, excellent service all round. Thx.

I ordered and paid for 2 items — click and collect— received confirmation that they were ready to be collected — when I went to store in Bangor 2 hours later only 1 item was available -girl at customer service said “ it was not her fault” - no apology
