KB House Surveys Recensioni

Kris did a pre completion inspection on my new build home and did a fantastic, thorough and professional job. He spent a large amount of time inspecting the property both inside and outside and found snags that I would have had no idea to look for. Kris sent the report the next day and it was very detailed and easy to understand. Thank you Kris!

I'm very pleased with Kriss's check report. He did a great job finding the issues, now builder will get those addressed.
Would totally recommend!

Best decision I've ever made. Kris did a fantastic Job. Friendly and professional. First, he managed to squeeze us in on very short notice. Then gave us a great deal and did a very thorough job. Kris found things I'd never have found and even found some serious issues that needed attention immediately. Again, we'd never have found these issues. I'd highly recommend Kris. He's the guy to get the job done properly and give you peace of mind. Worth every penny, so if you're still on the fence, let this be your sign to DO IT! Finding the problems now will save you loads of money in the future. Can't recommend highly enough.

Kris did a survey on our new new build home
He was well worth having as he found one major fault in that the solar panels inverter wasn't connected. He also found a lot of less major errors which were still important.
The builders are fixing them all ASAP

Kris is not only professional and efficient He is also a easy person to get on with and a nice man.

I would recommend him for your survey

We recently had Kris Box carry out a snagging survey on our new home, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his service. He spent hours going through every part of the house and identified so many snags that we would never have noticed ourselves. Kris was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from start to finish.

The report he sent us just a couple of days after the survey was detailed, clear, and incredibly helpful. He took his time during the inspection, explained everything he was looking at, and clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about. Kris also gave us valuable advice on how to approach our developer regarding the issues found.

Overall, his service was excellent and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend Kris Box to anyone needing a reliable and detailed snagging survey.

Kris was fantastic. He was very comprehensive, friendly, and detail oriented.

Kris was extremely professional offering a very inclusive service with a clear, easy and comprehensive report. Kris is very efficient and contactable. Certainly glad I used him and would be happy to recommend to others.

Very thorough, detailed and honest report as well as great customer service throughout and after survey

Kris Box is professional and thorough, he sent through the report in a timely manner and was informative and friendly.
I would recommend his services

Efficient, informative and clearly bullet pointed survey. A good thorough visual report.

A vital service for anyone thinking of buying a new-build property, the report prepared by Kris was outstanding. Comprehensive, complete with photos of each 'snag', plus drone footage, heat maps and a description of all issues. It's fair to say we would have missed 99% of the issues raised, and we are so grateful to Kris for his professional and friendly approach to his work. Recommended without hesitation.

Kris provides an essential service for anyone looking for a detailed, accurate, and thorough home survey at a competitive price. His professionalism and clear communication made the entire process smooth and reassuring. If friends or family ever need this type of service in the future, I would strongly encourage them to choose Kris over anyone else.

Needed to snag our new build and Home Snagging was the first call. I never needed to dig out any other number as Kris was professional, managed to fit us in when needed and demonstrated his knowledge over the phone. Great explanation of the service he would provide and carried it out to the tea. The amount of snags he identified has truly helped us put pressure onto the builder (albeit getting them resolved is another issue!!).
Can't thank you enough Kris and will be using you once again prior to the warranty expiry.

We took professional snagging surveyors and Kris was very professional right from start to end in explaining to us what to expect, how it will be done, what all would be covered and what would not be covered etc.
He did a detailed survey lasting for about 4-5 hours and the report was brilliant and very detailed.
I am glad to have taken this snagging survey with Kris as it made our lives much easier, easy to book, and quick report as well.

I recently had Kris carry out a snagging survey on my new property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

From the beginning, he was professional, approachable, and clear about the process. He spent several hours carefully checking every part of the flat and made sure even the smallest details weren’t overlooked.

The survey was excellent value for money, especially given how thorough Kris was. The report I received afterwards was detailed, easy to follow, and highlighted everything that needed attention.

I’d highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for a snagging survey — his attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of service were outstanding.

Kris had us booked in within a few days, communication was amazing from start to finish, the survey was done in lots of detail and easy to understand couldn’t recommend enough once again thank you!!!

We recently used Kris to survey our potential house purchase. So glad we did as his thorough inspection made us decide to walk away from more work than we had anticipated. The survey was easy to understand & the drone survey showed issues we would never have seen otherwise! Worth every penny & will be using again when we find another house! Thanx Kris ☺️

Was very thorough in the survey sent back loads of details though out. Kept in contact from start to finish would highly recommend.

Kris from Professional Snagging Surveyors was very friendly, personable, and he conducted the survey in a professional way. The price of the survey was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend his services.

Would highly recommend Kris from Professional Snagging Surveyors to anyone who needs an effective, detailed and swift service. We used Kris for a full Snag report on our new-build property. He was available very quickly to assist, and provided an extremely detailed report post inspection. He also includes a full Drone Inspection for structural elements of the property.
