I had a deep tissue massage with Sarah (Therapist No 31) .

Sarah was so professional and I felt totally at ease with her. The treatment I received was absolutely fantastic my discomfort went from 10 down to 2!!! I can highly recommend Sarah if you choose to book a treatment

I’ve been seeing Tobi (Clinician 24) to help with issues in my neck, shoulders and upper back, and he’s been great. He took the time to explain the mechanics of my vertebrae and why I was having issues, while working on improving my mobility and reducing all the knots and tension it’s caused. Tobi is very patient and knowledgeable, I would recommend! (Ps 4 stars because the clinic itself is tired & in need of a spruce up.)

Not at all the service I signed up for and hugely disappointing.

I purchased a sports massage, but what I actually received was a very light-touch and superficial massage that I could barely feel. I would say this is not even the pressure that is used in a Swedish massage let alone a Sports massage.

I asked ten minutes into the massage if the therapist could use more pressure, she said she wouldn’t because she didn’t want to bruise me. This seemed to be an excuse as she was barely applying any pressure at all.

I had told the therapist in the initial consultation my main problem area – glute and lower back – but this was literally addressed in just a few minutes right at the end.

I used the osteopathy service. It really helped me with a range of different issues/injuries - mainly repetetive strain caused by years of football and distance running. Pat, my osteopath, really helped me understand the need to think about how my knees, hamstrings, lower back all link together and how working on one may impact the other. With the combination of hands-on work in the clinic and exercises to take away, it helped me get from a position of feeling like I was going to hurt my back every time I got on a bike or played 5-a-side to feeling more free and flexible and taking on new activities. The important thing to remember with osteopathy, and physiotherapy, is that you need to put in the effort yourself in between sessions - stretching and doing your exercises regularly. It won't work otherwise, and I know clinicians feel frustrated when people complain about a lack of results when they don't do their bit. You get as much out as you put in. If you put the effort in, you will have a good service here.

Do not listen to any good reviews, they have clearly bought / are fake as this was some of the worst service I’ve experienced in London. The £29 voucher for 1 deep tissue massage is a scam. I arrived 5 minutes late and so I was absolutely fine with having 5 minutes knocked off the massage, what I wasn’t prepared for was a 20 minute consultation (which could have easily been filled in as a form 5 minutes prior to the appointment) and then a mediocre 35-40 minute massage. The voucher also does not specify that you may only choose ONE body area to be massaged - the assumption unless stated otherwise as an industry norm is that it would be a full body massage.

The ‘clinic’ itself consists of two treatment rooms on the first floor of a building shared with a number of other practices and the ‘waiting room’ is just some chairs in a corridor. The treatment room itself is shabby and really resembles a worn down doctors office. There was no soothing music, just pop music blaring from a radio in the next room. The stark fluorescent lights and road noise hardly formed a relaxing atmosphere.

However, the absolutely worst part of this experience was Georgiana the sports therapist. When I arrived she acknowledged me and didn’t say anything for 5 minutes before curtly asking for my name without a smile. During the massage, when I asked her to be more gentle she never once verbally acknowledged me or asked if the pressure was okay, just complete silence. 5 minutes into my treatment after I had digested the idea that only one area would be massaged, I very kindly asked her if she could focus on my calves instead because they were more painful today. She was unbelievably rude and basically barked at me for not telling her this during the consultation. I explained that I thought this would be a full body massage as advertised and my general pain is in the shoulders from stress, however today my legs were really hurting. She took a deep breath and sighed in anger pressing her fingers together as if she had to calm herself down, so I asked her if there was a problem. She then very angrily told me that we were going to spend the remaining half an hour on my legs before slamming the door on her way out. I was in such shock I was very close to leaving as I felt so anxious and uncomfortable however I had travelled so far I decided to stay. When she reentered the room I gently told her that I didn’t think her response was professional or appropriate and it made me uncomfortable, and she continued to argue with me. I explained that I had travelled out of London to come here, instead of 60 minutes it was now a 35 minute massage and was surprisingly area specific and she rudely snapped back saying ‘well you turned up 5 minutes late’ and then rolled her eyes before saying ‘I don’t make the rules’. I laid there incredibly uncomfortable and anxious and couldn’t wait for the massage to be done and when it finished I asked who owned the clinic to which she sassily replied she didn’t know. I then asked if could I have the name of her manager, she then sharply replied that she has many managers and refused to give me a name. She then said I’m not going to give you a name, ‘you can just go give a bad review like everyone else’ because she’s just doing what’s in her contract. At this point I was in complete shock). I then asked if I could please just have one of the managers names as I didn’t want to write a review, I wanted to speak to someone. She refused and said I can call reception and ask them for a name. I asked why she was being so difficult and she just listed of four names and said they’re all her managers without a bye or a sorry the entire time.

I honestly have never been so shocked by bad service in my life. This place needs to be shut down. There’s no quality control, just some unknown owners who hire cowboy therapists as and when. I cannot express enough, please please please do not go here - there are so many places in london for a good massage and this is definitely not one of them.

Horrible smell in the office & the male masseuse making inappropriate comments to me , whilst touching me in inappropriate places. I tried to confront him, then the manager come and raised his voice at me.

I have been using HHC for a number of years, (due to a chronic back issue) and only received the most professional and best of care.

Somewhat distressed to read a few negative reviews as this affects the whole team, from whom I’ve only experienced the upmost dedication and professionalism irrespective of their specialty, be it osteopathic treatment or deep tissue massage.

I would suggest you make an appointment and try their services yourself and make up your own mind. For me, they have reduced my pain levels from a 9 to intermittent pain. A seriously amazing result and heartfelt thanks.

I expressed a concern that I prefer a male massage person rather than a female and your company took it against me rather than respecting my preference not minding that satisfactory customer service is key.
You went ahead to share my profile illegally to your sister company healthcare london who denied offering me a massage service I paid for stating that you their sister company has termed me a semester.
I was heartbroken as I travelled a long distance to get a service which I was denied without any notice to say my booking was cancelled and was just informed at the venue wasting my time and transport fare. This level of data protection distrust is very unfair.
I decided not to sue your company for breach of data protection right.
Please threat with caution next time how you share your customer information

Therapist was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable

Degrading! The man I saw for a deep tissue massage made so many inappropriate comments throughout the appointment, including when he was massaging my half nude body. Only given a scratchy, smelly, flimsy towel to cover myself. I left there more tense than when I went in.

Needless to say, I saw someone else for osteopath treatment. He also made me uncomfortable. He asked strange personal questions that had nothing to do with my health problems.

No one at any of my appointments provided receipts when I asked. They said they'd email them. But I only got an emailed receipt for one appointment.

Also, they're posting their own false reviews! As of 23rd of March 2022, the only positive review on here, from someone named Rachel MacKellar, is fake / paid for. Rachel MacKellar is their finance officer - her name is on the one receipt they sent!! Now we know how they have so many good reviews on other platforms. They're fake!

Still waiting on those other receipts Rachel!! Maybe you could occupy yourself with your actual job instead of falsifying reviews to lure in more people you can take advantage of.

Very Unprofessional and unqualified.
I payed him money to do massage service, but he was taking the mik constantly paying attention to his computer, thats why he cant see where his massaging me he dont notice his strangling my neck and he ask me is it painful i even told him YES your hurting me, but he still didn't let go of my throat, and carried on playing with his computer. Waste of money and you will leave worse off then what you thought how you will leave feeling much better.

Despite spelling out in the home page of their booking system that “any second vouchers will be cancelled and refunded WITH AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION”, if you, like me, disgracefully fail to remember the names of all the commercial activities you’ve visited in your whole life, this business has adopted the smart strategy to take your full details at the time of booking, while conveniently failing to notify you’ve been a client years before (despite promising to do so in the first place), until the very last minute before your session is due to start. In such way, they will conveniently try to charge the full price for the treatment (which is, obviously, double the price of my local clinic in central London). This sounds a rather smart scam to attract business through cheap vouchers and then get you pay 3 times as much, or waste your time.

I received a voucher to have a massage. I could only book online, no personal contact at all which I should have know was not a good start. Unfortunately I fell ill with terrible flu. I cancelled my appointment well within the 48 timeframe to allow me to reschedule. When I went online to reschedule the appointment I could not. I tried to get my voucher but this place already took my voucher!!!!!!
I sent several emails enquiring how I can rebook and why they used my voucher, but no one had the decency to respond to any of my emails. When calling I no manager is available to speak to customers and the reception staff mentioned they don’t really work there.
Awful awful experience and place without even having any human contact at all!!!!!!!!!
