My Oder was not received
Customer Service refused to refund or replace,
I was told I would have to take the matter up with Royal Mail myself.
So I had to buy yet another gift for a friend

The ordering & delivery of a gift
My request for Top Cat animations was enthusiastically accepted and researched by Rob, who has always been exceptional in advising and finding particular DVDs. He located the 'all series' compilation and put in the order. The following week I was e-mailed twice by HMV on the progress of the order. I returned to the store, was given the DVD - immaculate service. Thank You all.

Such helpful staff member at hmv yeovil…. The film I wanted to buy wasn’t in stock so he found it on the computer and had it sent to me at home. Helpful, professional and great customer service

Quick and easy process.
This was my third "click and collect" order, and as before the procedure was easy and quick. In the most recent order the items were in stock and were dispatched to the local store almost immediately. They arrived within two days, and I collected them during a routine shopping trip. Again, the staff at the local store were efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Brilliant service in Yeovil store
Had great customer service from the Yeovil store, Brilliant service both in store and with my online order. The sales team were really friendly and very helpful, when we couldn’t find the item in store they suggested ordering online which we did in store, felt they went above and beyond to help me, Very impressed with service and was kept informed with my order. Proof of delivery
The delivery person (royal mail) took the 'proof of delivery' photo whilst my package was still in the back of their van, very unprofessional. This was seen via my CCTV, package left on doorstep, no knock at the door, just droped onto the doorstep, this was also seen on my CCTV. Royal mail person reported!
