Always very helpful
I could order CDs from Amazon without ever leaving my chair but I like to support high street stores.
HMV are always helpful so I patronise them when I'm in Yeovil (Somerset). So far they haven't let me down, however obscure my requests for Deathcore CDs

Great customer service
Easy to order from the website and free pick up for our local HMV store. As usual the staff in the store very friendly and helpful, also very knowledgeable.
