Incredibly helpful staff

I brought 2 special editions DVDs the…
I brought 2 special editions DVDs the lady is the boss, lady assassin both Shawn brothers martial arts DVDs supposed to have film posters in then as they are special editions iopened them up no posters i paid £24 for them and the posters was not in there im not happy im very angry 😡 as i had to come from Littlehampton to get them so now it dont make them special editions as things are missing juat makes them normal dvds

Very positive experience
I found everything I needed in the shop very easily. I also needed to collect an item I had ordered and the lady at the desk was very friendly, efficient and made the whole interaction very positive.
