Knowledgeable and helpful service
Olly was very knowledgeable and processed our order with speed and efficiency. He listened carefully to our problems with unusual names and addresses, and was good natured and friendly. Thank you for a very good experience (& we really like our new CD)

Easy return
I was waiting for something for Christmas and this came exactly when stated. I had to return an item and the assistant could not have been more helpful in sorting this out.
The admin email and refund were dealt with promptly.

Incredibly helpful staff
My parcel had been delivered to wrong door by royal mail and subsequently went "missing" i went to hmv who couldn't have been more helpful they followed up with RM. But hmv sent a new delivery at no extra cost,well dont to the young lady in your Worthing branch
