Good experience in the shop
Good experience in the shop in that assistant give the best advice on ordering an item that was out of stock.
Delivery of item was on time.

Excellent experience all around
Easy to find what I wanted and purchase online, easy to select collect from store, notified at each step of the shipping process up to arrival at store and available to collect. Staff in store great, very friendly and helpful

My son always says that HMV is the place to go when looking for what you want, so it is my first choice when I need to get what I need.

The staff at the wigan store are friendly. Didn't have what I wanted in store but ordered it for me with choice of home or store delivery.
