hmv (UK) - Warrington Recensioni 

Ever since it reopened a few years back I've been in and out more frequently than any retailer. It's the only one that sells what it sells and as an avid physical media owner my HMV is amazing.

They sometimes host local live bands on during the weekends (which is great for supporting Warrington's avid music community) so it's worth asking every time you come in. A live band is always a really cool companion to have while surfing products.

The staff are always enthusiastic and ready to help. I'm always prompted about the films I buy at checkout and I love it, it's always nice to know there's a fellow film addict behind the till.

Only issue is the lack of competitive prices, promotions and just general availablity on Blu Rays/4K UHD. A to Z cards would be great in the movie isles!

I love HMV

The item was purchased online from the Warrington store, it was as described and arrived within the alloted time frame but whoever was in charge of packing it up for posting needs to learn this particular skill again. There was only one band of parcel tape around a piece of cardboard folded over itself a few times to vaguely resemble a box which meant somewhere along the line it fell apart and the item could easily have been lost or damaged. Thankfully someone at Royal mail picked up on this and placed the item and remains of the packaging in a plastic bag with a cover note to explain what had happened. Poor show HMV, I expected better for the price..

Staff at Warrington store were helpful and although the website said the item was in store we couldn’t find it. No problem ordering it on line to be delivered very please with the service.

i have never had any issues when shopping at the HMV Warrington store as I have always found the staff at this store to be very polite and helpful and act professional and the store is clean and tidy and when it comes to ordering or placing an order the items arrive on the day of release in store ready for me to collect and have never had any issues with staff members as i treat them as i would like to be treated with respect.

I was kept informed of delivery options at all times and received a txt when the item was ready for collection. The package was fully sealed and was the correct item.

What was great was that, unlike many companies, HMV did the simple things well - making life easier for me. I ordered 2 CDs - one of which had a set release date. I received appropriate update and BOTH CDs were available at the same time and in just 1 packet when I collected from the Warrington store.

Great customer service in store. Home delivery - fast and efficient. Good quality product.

Great delivery , came straight to my door, amazing!

The assistant was very helpful getting an error on the HMV site rectified and then placing my order to be delivered to my home address. The order arrived within 2/3 days. Excellent customer service.
