CD and DVD
Ordered CD and DVD to be delivered to the sore, I recieved regular emails regarding my order and let me know when it was ready to collect, when I went to the store to collect I could not get a signal to show my eamil the lady was very helful and found my order without my email she was very polite and friendly

A simple way of shopping
A simple way of shopping, if it wasn't in stock it could be ordered, my first purchase had a scratch so took it back, and I was given a choice of pick up or home delivery, staff were helpful. Job done and tracking advice given, and picked up my replacement a few days later.

Great service
The box of the album I wanted was damaged so the sales assistant offered to order one to my home address free of delivery.

Lack of communication
Although I received a message saying item was dispatched from warehouse, I never received one from shop saying it had arrived.

The DVD you sent me was defective
The DVD you sent me was defective. It kept jumping in the DVD player and ruined the experience.

Helpful staff after order delivery
I ordered the box set as a gift. The ordering process was easy to use, I was kept informed of its dispatch date, and then when it was delivered to the shop. The shop assistant in Warrington, was very helpful, warning me it was heavy, and helping to put it into my shopping bag, so we didn't drop it.
All in all, I was very pleased with this service, thank you.
