Fantastic customer service from Charlie!!
I had a faulty turntable (ordered on line) to return and, just to be sure the replacement one didn't have the same issue I asked if there was any chance it could be tested in store (the Uxbridge store) before I took it away. Charlie unpacked it, plugged it all together popped some vinyl on it, then re-packed and boxed it all up again, all with a smile and a "that's no trouble at all" attitude....fantastic experience, thank you!!

Great in store collection service
Very easy collection. Did not have to wait for my package. It was well packaged too so no damage to the actual product.

The staff were knowledgeable despite my request for an obscure DVD, They checked for in stock and as it was not they ordered it for me. The order was quoted for 2 days time and turned up as quoted.
I have found them to be knowledgeable and reliable on this and many other occasions.

Very helpful staff
Wonderful and very helpful instore staff. The item I wanted wasn't in store and the staff went out of there way to help me. I've now received the boxset and I am very pleased.

I absolutely love shopping at HMV for boxset and dvd’s. The staff are really friendly at my local Uxbridge store. They are always on hand to answer any of my questions.

I find the company polite and helpful in store

Hi, I shop at your store in Uxbridge regularly. I yesterday Sept 2nd 2024 returned a pair of MIXX headphones that was broken. The girl who helped me I cannot remember her name, but she has short hair, a nose ring and is awesome. She did find something which is my fault, so I apologize to her. I brought the wrong box and wrong receipt for the headset that was broken, regardless she took it back I upgraded a bit, but once again your staff there ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO THE RIGHT THING. Thank you, I will go there today with the correct packaging and receipt if it makes a difference.
