I had gift voucher I can’t use online. Store assistant helped me order in store a game online.
Excellent customer service in Uxbridge, great store.
Game arrived within 48 hours as promised no issues.

Personal service always has the edge!
Unfortunately the dvd we wanted was out of stock but the sales person said it could be ordered and collected within 3 days. We were given the option of buying the cheaper version. Perfect as we didn't want Blu-ray or 4K. Turned up on time. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. Perfect experience.

Turntable order and friendly staff
I ordered a Pro-Ject E1 turntable to be delivered to my local HMV store. Staff were really friendly and approachable. The turntable arrived promptly and in good condition. Would have liked more info on setting the equipment up for use with headphones (eg needing a separate pre-amp), but that was my lack of prior knowledge rather than the staff's fault, and when I went back for advice it was given in a way that even a non-techy person like myself could understand. Very impressed.
