Great place
Staff are always helpful and friendly also (from an anxiety point of view) don't really talk to you unless you speak to them first apart from the minimum. Great place highly recommend!

Stains!
Bad. Took ages to arrive. And the tshirt was covered in stains. Not great.
Customer service don’t care so won’t be buying from HMV again unfortunately.

Easy online ordering & good delivery. However the cd was not available in my local hmv despite being released a week before I went into the store. This was unusual but disappointing as I always like to support my local.

Helpful and availability of Product
The dvd was not in store but they took the order without any hussle and it was received in just 2 days.
