First class HMV
Ordered a couple of vinyl albums, one in the Swindon store and one on website, Staff member in Swindon store so friendly, courteous and helpful helped make the whole process very easy. Kept fully updated by email through order, despatch and collection. HMV's level of customer service is absolutely fantastic, and the staff are always a credit to HMV, thank you so much 😊
