Store was well laid out, tidy and the staff member who dealt with my click and collect was friendly, professional and efficient - Southampton store is an absolute credit, and it's so great to have a HMV back on our high Street!

I recently lost my mother
I recently lost my mother, at a great age of 98. And she served in the WW2 on radar plotting planes throughout the campaign and battle of Britain. I ordered an old film that she appears in called Angels one five.

On line purchase not right for me
I was not aware of the exact timescale and how complicated it would be, to just save £2 on this purchase. When I went to try and purchase an identical box set in the shop that I was due to collect the one I had ordered from online, I was told that would not be possible. I won't be planning to use HMV online again. Just easier to go to the shop and buy it over the counter for me.

We do, however, operate a Ring & Reserve service that can check an item's availability in your local store and reserve it for you, which you may find helpful. Had to order in-store a game for my son as he had gift cards to use. Simple process in store, friendly staff and received the game in 2 days at home.
