Excellent service and peace of mind.
I pre ordered the 50th Genesis anniversary set as a gift for my husband. Logan, who served me, was very helpful and answered all my questions. The reason I bought this from HMV was because I can trust them, knowing I won't be a victim of online fraud and the set will be genuine, not a cheap fake. This gives me peace of mind. My husband is over the moon with his gift.

CD order - 'A Matter of Time ' by Laufey
Despatch of CD I ordered was prompt and I was given full info regarding its progress and when it arrived.
Staff at Romford HMV were friendly, polite and helpful when I ordered the CD and again when I picked it up.

Faster customer service
Faster customer service. Their vinyl are in excellent condition. Everything is well organized in the shop and the staff are very accomodating and knowledgeable regarding vinyl.

Shout out to the staff at Romford branch! An all round marvellous bunch, their knowledge is outstanding and there's always a good selection of vinyl and DVDs with plenty on the odd side. The addition of the Criterion films et al is also fantastic, as a film lover it's somewhere I could spend hours looking. I'm usually served by my man Jay, great bloke, always cheerful. Peace and Love
