Staff at Romford hmv
I ordered 3 dvd sets for pick up in my Romford HMV.
The staff are always polite and helpful.
The staff are knowledgeable and always seem happy.

Tried a few times to get my cd but could never find it. Ordered it online and picked it up after a few days. Service and packaging was excellent. Very happy listening to Bryan Adams
