Placed order 3rd December for store…
Placed order 3rd December for store collection. Had email to say it has been despatched on the 8th. Still waiting and it's the 19th. Very poor service and communication

Poor customer service and no notification of delays
I placed a small order of 4 mystery pin boxes on 29/11/2025. Delivery is listed as Royal Mail 24hrs tracked (obviously not taking into account the weekend - I'm well aware of that).
Fast forward to now and I have contacted customer service as my order still hasn't even been dispatched, let alone will be delivered within 24hrs.
Customer service have been awful and can only advise me that my order will be dispatched "soon" and can't give me any time frame. Very unhelpful when I need to decide whether or not to buy them somewhere else. They said that they notify all customers when orders are delayed, to which I was never notified, and said it was down to a "rare technical error" which can happen sometimes. Very convenient HMV! I'd have no issues with the delay if they kept their customers informed and had a time frame on it, but no, it's the customers job to find out for themselves.
All around a terrible service, customer service is useless and won't log any complaints. I will never be shopping online with HMV again. Can't be trusted.

Please note that your order has been placed via our TRACKED48 postage option which as per our delivery & returns section is a 2-5 working day delivery following dispatch. Additionally whilst we aim to dispatch within 24 hours unfortunately we are experiencing some delays at this time. We can see this is due to be on its way soon and thank you again for your continued patience.
