Such a great store with staff who go above and beyond …
I'd ordered a cd online to be collected from the store in the Victoria centre Nottingham. The CD had not arrived by the day I was visiting. I'm not sure whether it was the manager at HMV but he was so helpful. Looked all over the store for the Cd I wanted. When he couldn't find it he kindly contacted their sister store in Nottingham and asked them to put one aside for me to collect.
Within a week I was refunded my money for the online purchase.
Such a helpful member of staff.
A reason for shopping in store and not just online. This was a really busy store. Long may that continue.

Went to a store to purchase a certain special edition dvd. Wasn't in stock so ordered it online. Fantastic price and good delivery time
