The order process was easy apart from the fact the app wouldn't let me order till after 9.00am. The pick-up was easy and I was kept informed of process of my order

Excellent service
Very nice young man helped me order a CD I wanted. He was very efficient and I was kept up-to-date about the delivery process. The CD was easy to collect and the whole experience from order to delivery was excellent.

Easy exchange
Very helpful store staff. It was so easy to return a record and exchange for something else with a gift receipt. Nothing was too much trouble.

Simple and quick.
I ordered my dvd on line for pick up at my closest HMV store. My order was acknowledged straight away and I was notified when I could pick it up. No problems or issues just plain vanilla good service. That's all I want.
