Help with finding an item
The staff member was very helpful in ordering an item which was not in stock. They did the ordering for me and explained clearly when it was likely to be in store and how to collect it.

Relatively easy to collect the item I ordered. Staff were barely visible and half way through the collection they had to focus on the shoplifting that was happening. It was pretty dire that paying customers are left or ignored so they can all corner a disabled person stealing. It was not somewhere I will go again. Home delivery in future.

got it ordered since it was not in store .staff member was help full and friendly it arrived in the shop within a couple of days sealed in a card box .
