store assistant helped me find the item I wanted. Unfortunately it was not available in store however she placed my order online and arranged for it to be sent to my home. She was pleasant and friendly very helpful.

Excellent service
The gentleman in the middlesbrough shop sorted out my order for me, all I had to do was wait for it to arrive. It arrived very quickly, was well packaged and in perfect condition

Great customer service
Wicked Vinyl we wanted was out of stock in your Middlesbrough store but the assistant was more than happy to order it for us & it was delivered within a few days.
