Excellent service
The gentleman in the middlesbrough shop sorted out my order for me, all I had to do was wait for it to arrive. It arrived very quickly, was well packaged and in perfect condition

Great customer service
Wicked Vinyl we wanted was out of stock in your Middlesbrough store but the assistant was more than happy to order it for us & it was delivered within a few days.

Good in-store ordering service
Staff were very helpful when I ordered a dvd in store. Delivery was quick. I am happy with the item. Excellent service.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff, both telephone customer service and shop staff.
Goods were delivered to store in a timely manner and the whole process was seamless.
Also kept e mail contact to let me know when goods were ready to pick up, so didn't have to chase this up
